Product accuracy

We describe metals, platings, stones and measurements as accurately as our suppliers allow. Hand-finished pieces vary slightly in surface, enamel pattern and stone shade, and screens render colour differently. Such variation is normal. If you need an exact match for a specific shade or dimension, contact us before ordering and we will inspect the piece in stock.

Materials and sensitivities

Product pages list the materials we know about. If you have a metal allergy or sensitive skin, email us before ordering and we will tell you what the piece contains. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition, and we make no hypoallergenic guarantee beyond the materials stated.

Pricing and availability

Prices and stock levels are updated regularly but errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you before charging and offer a cancellation or an alternative. We do not use artificial countdowns or invented compare-at prices.
