Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum spend and no handling charge. We do not currently ship outside the United States. See the Shipping Policy.
How quickly will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days and then take about 3 to 5 business days in transit with USPS. Most parcels arrive within a week of ordering.
Can I track my parcel?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. First scans can take up to 24 hours. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open a carrier case.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Earrings must still be sealed for hygiene reasons. Start a return by emailing your order number to [email protected]. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
Which ring size do you stock?
Our rings are currently stocked in US size 7. If you need another size, email us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can be made or ordered for you.
What materials do you use?
Pieces use 925 sterling silver, rhodium plating, 14K gold plating, titanium, cubic zirconia, created opal, enamel and acrylic. The exact composition is listed in the details table on every product page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives in tissue and a reusable cotton pouch. Add a gift note in the order comments at checkout and we will include a handwritten card at no charge and leave the price off the packing slip.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep plated pieces away from perfume, chlorine and abrasive cleaners, wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store them in the pouch provided. Remove jewelry before swimming or showering. Sterling silver may develop a soft patina that can be polished away with a silver cloth.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us immediately with the order number. We can usually adjust or cancel before the parcel is labelled, which is typically within a few hours during business days. Once a label is created the parcel must follow the normal return process.
