These terms apply whenever you browse ambryn.shop or place an order with Aurelia Studio. By using the site or completing checkout you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. About us
Aurelia Studio is an independent jewelry retailer operating ambryn.shop from 57952 Sunflower Circle N, New Hudson, MI 48165, United States. You can reach us at [email protected] or (248) 880-6091.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation email. Until then the order may be declined if an item sells out, if the address cannot be verified, or if we suspect a fraudulent transaction. If we cannot fulfil an order we will cancel it and refund any amount already collected.
3. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars and are the regular prices for each item; we do not run compare-at or strike-through pricing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Stock levels shown on product pages are updated throughout the day, but an item can still sell out between your visit and checkout.
4. Product descriptions
We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including metal, plating, stone and measurements. Because many items are finished or assembled by hand, small differences in stone colour, enamel pattern or surface finish are normal and are not defects. Screen settings also shift colour slightly; if an exact shade matters, ask us for an extra photo before ordering.
5. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. The amount authorised is the item total plus any tax that applies to your shipping address. We do not store card numbers on this website.
6. Shipping, risk and delivery
Dispatch times, carriers and delivery estimates are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery. Please check the address you enter: we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier.
7. Returns
Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Earrings must be returned in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.
8. Intellectual property
The Aurelia Studio name, the layout of this site, our product photography and our written descriptions are our property or are used with permission. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with attribution, but you may not copy the catalogue wholesale, resell our images, or use our name to imply an endorsement.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it at a volume that affects other shoppers, place orders in bad faith, or use the contact channels to send unlawful or abusive material.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Michigan law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or emotional distress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts serving Oakland County, Michigan.
12. Changes
