Shipping Policy

Every order from Aurelia Studio ships free within the United States. There is no minimum order value, no handling fee and no upgrade charge added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to all 50 US states and to APO and FPO addresses through USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Processing time

In-stock orders are packed and labelled in our New Hudson studio within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Time on a Friday, or on a weekend or US public holiday, begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within one week of purchase. Remote or rural addresses can take one or two days longer. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

Carriers and tracking

Parcels are sent by USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination. As soon as a label is created you receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.

Address accuracy

Please check the shipping address before you pay. We cannot change an address once the parcel is with the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we will contact you and can reship after the return shipping cost is covered.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for five business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including shipping.

Gift orders

We can ship to a different address and leave out the price on the packing slip. Add the request in the order notes at checkout or email us straight after ordering.
